Refunds

Refunds and remakes.

One tribute, paid once. Here is what happens when plans change or something goes wrong on our end.

Changing your mind

Cancel a pre-order up to 10 days before the date and we refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason.

Rush and last call orders go into production as soon as they're placed, so they can't be cancelled for a refund. If we miss the date or the tribute never arrives, every order is refunded in full, rush and last call included. No questions asked.

If we get a fact wrong

Tell us within 30 days of delivery. A name, a date, a rank, a unit, a decoration: anything the service record settles, we fix and send you the corrected tribute. On a pre-order, fixing it is our first offer, never a condition: if you would rather have your money back, say so and you get a full refund.

We don't re-cut the film to a different taste, swap photographs or rewrite lines that are already right.

If we're going to miss your date

We tell you before the day, not after. Then you choose: wait for it, or take a full refund. If a tribute arrives late and we didn't warn you, the order is refunded in full and you keep the tribute. This covers every order, rush and last call included.

If it never arrives or won't play

Tell us and we send it again or refund you in full, whichever you prefer, on any order. Duplicate or unauthorized charges are refunded straight away.

If plans change after a death in the family

Write to us at any point before delivery and we refund a pre-order in full. No questions.

What we don't refund

A tribute delivered on the day you chose, with the facts right, as ordered. A rush or last call order cancelled after it's placed.

How to ask

Reply to your order confirmation or your delivery email, or write to hello@servicehonored.com. Tell us which order and what's wrong. There's no form.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with within five business days of us agreeing it, with nothing deducted. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
