Every tribute includes the same time and work behind it. The only thing we can’t control is the day it’s due. Please plan ahead to avoid last-minute fees or, even worse, no more slots being available. Each date takes up to 100 tributes. If our tribute can’t be completed with the quality and authenticity your service member deserves, we won’t take your money and risk disappointing your loved one.

This is the last opportunity to get your tribute in time.

All ordering closes 2 days before the date, or sooner if that date reaches 100 tributes. There is no version that can be completed overnight that meets our standards.

  • A two minute, narrated video over their own photographs
  • Their record verified field by field, with units, dates, where they were stationed and what each decoration was given for
  • Up to 10 photographs, cleaned up and color corrected to work with our video
  • A private proof for you to watch and approve before it goes out
  • Delivered to their email, with a link they can forward to the whole family or post to social media if they want
  • A hi-res file to download and keep

There is nothing to cancel and nothing to renew. Your tribute video is ordered for one person and delivered on the day selected.

If we get a fact wrong, we fix it. A name, a date, a rank, a unit, a decoration: anything the service record settles. Tell us inside 30 days, which is how long we keep your paperwork before deleting it. After that there is nothing left to check a correction against. What we can't do is re-cut the film to a different taste, swap photographs around or rewrite lines that are already right.

Every tribute is made for a specific day and arrives that morning. Pre-order by the date listed in red for the lowest price available. After that date passes, the price climbs. All ordering stops two days before the holiday. For birthdays and other special occasions, the same pricing structure applies. Tell us the date and we build to it.
